The Apartment
The Apartment forms part of the residential complex known as “Il Borgo” in Porto Pollo.
The residential complex, whose buildings feature the local granite stone in a very typical Mediterranean style, is only 400 m. away from the magnificent beaches of “Porto Puddu” and “La Sciumara”.
In Porto Pollo, only 6 Km. from Palau – Costa Smeralda and within “Il Borgo” residence, is available a nice two-bedroom apartment with garden and many comforts; it’s ideal to accommodate a max. of 4 people.
Keep Reading - Click HereThis is a 1-storey apartment with its own roof (meaning there aren’t other dwellings above it) and it was recently refurbished. Hence bathroom, floors, kitchen, sanitary ware and furnishings are in perfect conditions.
The main room (living room) is made of a living room, a dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen area. This room can be transformed into a bedroom very quickly.
In the main room (living room) there is a very comfortable sofa bed that, in just one move, becomes a real queen bed (160X190). There is a kitchen with sink, fridge, freezer, gas stove with safety features, electrical oven, microwave oven, toaster, moka + american coffee machine.
The bedroom features a queen bed (160X190), bed-side tables, a closet/chest of drawers and dedicated air conditioning (independent from the one in the main room).
The apartment is equipped with LCD TV (plus satellite decoder to watch free-to-air channels from other nations), a very quiet Daikin air con system with inverter technology, and all the necessary household utensils to cook, to serve and to iron.
If booked in advance, a baby cot and a high chair are available (at no extra cost).
Even if there are very few mosquitos, mosquitos nets were installed on the windows.
Of course there is a pretty bathroom with shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
Outside there is a large covered veranda with table and chairs that can be also used when weather is bad, here you can relax or enjoy a dinner by candlelight.
There is a 50-sq m garden with English lawn delimited by hedges and small stone walls, a second shower and a stonework barbecue where you can grill exquisite meals.
In the garden you can use the beach loungers to enjoy the sun, even when you’re not on the (very close) beaches.
If required in advance we can provide you with a free-of-charge mobile router (1GB/week data)
Pets are allowed only if previously agreed with the landlords.
Parking is free on a common area, just right in front of the home garden.
Within the residence there is a mini-market and close by there are tobacco shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerie. etc. for all kind of budgets. In the neighbouring Palau there are more shops and services.

Booking is confirmed after an initial deposit is paid and received.

The remainder of the rental amount is to be paid immediately upon arrival + 50€ for final cleaning + 200€ as security deposit. The security deposit, in the absence of any damage, will be returned in full at the moment of departure.
Other than the cost of the rent and the final cleaning fee WE DO NOT ASK for utilities-related expenses such as water, gas and electricity (there’s air conditioning). We do ask for a supplement of €0,20 x Kw/h exclusively during the low-season period (October to April).
Bedroom and bathroom sheets and linen are not provided, but if booked in advance, it is possible to rent them at the cost of 15€ per person and per change. Quilts and bedcovers are already included.
Normally (medium/high season) the apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 days.
You will obtain the keys directly from the landlords.
CANCELLATION:
In the case you have already paid an initial deposit and you needed to cancel your stay, we kindly ask you to verify that this info gets through to us. Do not rely exclusively on a simple mail that might be blocked by anti-spam filters!!!
If the cancellation is communicated with adequate notice, and under the condition that the canceled stay is re-sold to others and at the same price, the initial deposit will be returned in full.
