Two-room fitting 4 people in one floor only (ground floor) with: 1 Living Room with queen sofa bed and 1 fully equipped Kitchen with gas and electric oven, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Bathroom with shower, 1 large roofed terrace. A 50sm garden with BBQ with outside shower. Washing machine.

There is at your disposal a car park opposite the garden near the house. The flat is equipped with cutlery, cookware, and all the necessary equipment. Linen are not provided but can be rented on site. Bathroom, kitchen, floors and furniture are completely brand new.

Porto Puddu, (also known as Porto Pollo) is 6 Km away from the town of Palau (SS), facing La Maddalena archipelago and is the ideal place to spend a sporty and relaxing holiday.

Marvellous beaches are within a walking distance from the flat (approx. 3 minutes): the closest one can be seen on the picture below.

Nearby the flat you can find a food store, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. You can rent bicycles, motorbikes, boats and rubber boats and you can do horse riding.
On site you will find diving schools for fantastic immersions within the National Sea Park of the La Maddalena archipelago.
The area is very well known for sail-sports lovers and you can attend special Windsurf and Kitesurf Training Courses.

The renting is per week (Saturday to Saturday). Upon arrival a deposit of € 200,00 is requested which will be returned when leaving in the absence of damages or missing items in the flat. The keys to the flat will be given after 17.00 of the arrival day and have to be returned by 11.00 on the departure day.
